1. Overview
At Khomlaxxvor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return option for eligible products as described in this policy. Please read these terms carefully before initiating a return.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product has not been tampered with, and all original labels and seals are intact.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
We are unable to accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products due to health and safety regulations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products;
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer;
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage if possible.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The refund will cover the product price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
